Wherever capitalistic nation you go in the world today, there's one common thing that is very noticeable about their roads: Many accidents when one of the drivers gets busy with his/her phone. Goodness. And it's obvious why. Once a driver gets his/her phone and busies up with it, the concentration on the road lessens.

Good thing California has now realized the threat of using a mobile phone while driving. A Wireless Law has been signed, effective starting July 2008.
