There's a very wide variety of topics and issues to discuss, as well as an arcade, and much more. So join us, and meet other Chevy truck & car lovers from all over the world!
Our initial focus is on Vintage 67-72 Chevy Trucks, but we welcome all Chevy truck & car owners alike! We can create additional focus groups as needed by members of the site. Only requirement is that the site is focused on Chevy's!
What inspired you to launch your own website?
i love old chevy trucks and cars

10/07 the current web site you see today with much improvements and getting better all the time
How did you decide on a name for your website?
me and the lady peggy that helps me with my site set down and figured it out. wish i would have meet her before i picked my url.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
its user run. i only do what the members want. or at least try. we take votes on many things
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
to have thousands of members
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
its very expensive to keep a web site up. and i don't think the members know how much it cost. if they did they would know i was nuts for doing it.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
better skin for the forum. much better advertising, more options on the site. free gifts to the members who are the most active, and to contest winners.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
yes i would i would do what ever i had to to support it and make it grow. i have blogs and a few web sites out there just trying to get as many members as i can. IT WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!!!!
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
upgrades. advertising. tech support, hosting, Spam. virus
What has been your biggest challenge?
time to spend with the members on the site and still work full time. just like i am here now doing this trying to get more members for the site. and i do it because i love it.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
word of mouth and web directories, submitting the url, and email signature,
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
its a whole lot more work than i thought but i have gain much knowledge of the Internet that i never had before
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
since 8 /07 for many years to come forever hopefully and past it on to my kids
