Durango Module

Does anyone know what the module is called that is located behind the kick panel on the driver's side? I was told that it was called a PCI, but I have never heard of that. The problem is, my head lights, dome lights, marker lights, interior lights, power locks and 4 wheel drive is not working. Any suggestions???
