'Trees Pollute?'

I am pro-environment. We should all be.

But here comes a book that says that we shouldn't panic that much since these tress that we are protecting also contribute to pollution. I am baffled, though. Trees were already on the face of the world years and years before we came and create artificial pollutants. Now we have climate change. Is it the trees' fault?

This book is a good book, though, to know more about the other side of the spectrum--if these claims are true.
